May Plant Sale 2025 - 17th May 2025

May Plant Sale 2025 Come to the Propagation Facility on Lovelock Avenue, Dunedin for our Annual plant sale organised by Friends of the Dunedin Botanic Garden.
There will be a variety of indoor and outdoor plants for sale raised by the Propagation team at the Botanic Garden ranging from bedding plants through to native trees and shrubs. This annual sale is a major fundraising activity for Friends of the Dunedin Botanic Garden committee to accumulate funds to support future developments in the Garden.
Please bring your own bags and boxes. EFTPOS will be available. We look forward to seeing you there.

Annual General Meeting 2024 - 29th Sep 2024

Annual General Meeting 2024 We are holding our Annual General Meeting on 29 September at 2.30pm. We invite all our members, and anyone else who may be interested to hear more about what the Friends of the Dunedin Botanic Garden does.
After the AGM, Dylan Norfield, who is the Collections Supervisor at the Garden, will report on his attendance at the 8th Global Botanic Garden Congress in Singapore held from 5-9 August. He will also share details of a flower show held in conjunction with the Congress and his visit to the Singapore Botanic Garden.
